Asian has developed a special hydrophilic coated surface on polyster for large format offset printing. With the aid of LED Plotter, one can make dimensionally stable positive plates with high toner adhesion for multicolour offset printing. With the RIP solution software provided by the LEd Plotter O.E.M suppliers, the printer is capable of producing precision rossette screens, stochastic hybrid screens, of 16 bits with greatest level of intricacy for high definition output. The plates available in POLYPLUS (Yellow), Image & Print (White) are thicjk enough to be mounted on the impression roller having some rigidity as P.S. Aluminium Plates. The Half toning capabilities for achieving high UV density and superior dot accuracy, with Easy swapping of C, M, Y, K Screen on our plates by the machine, is the key success of the polyster CTP plates.
